This AUP is incorporated by reference into the EasyReply Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this AUP. Any violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this AUP or the Terms of Service. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

1.1. Illegal or Unauthorized Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or its related systems or networks.

1.2. Interference and Disruption

• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its related data.
• Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or to breach security or authentication measures.

1.3. Misuse of Communications and Content

• Using the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other forms of solicitation.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.
• Using the Service to process or store customer email communications in a manner that violates applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

1.4. Intellectual Property Infringement

• Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our Service or included software.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Using EasyReply's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features without explicit authorization.

2. AI Feature Usage Guidelines

EasyReply integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to enhance customer support. When utilizing these AI features, you agree to the following guidelines:

Transparency: If AI systems are used to interact directly with natural persons or generate synthetic content (like drafted responses), you must inform them that they are interacting with an AI system or that the output is AI-generated.

Human Oversight: For critical functions, such as drafting responses, AI output should be presented as a draft that requires a human agent to review and explicitly send. You remain responsible for the final content and accuracy of all communications sent through the Service.

Data Usage: You acknowledge that data submitted to the platform may be processed by AI models to provide these features. EasyReply ensures that customer data is not used to train the underlying AI models of our sub-processors unless otherwise agreed.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI features complies with your own legal obligations, including informing your end-users about the use of AI.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. You acknowledge that customer communications and other data may be stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) and that EasyReply complies with UK GDPR. 4. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this AUP may result in, but is not limited to, the following actions:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Service.
• Termination of your account.
• Legal action to recover damages or enforce compliance.
